How do I return an item?
RETURNS/EXCHANGES Refunds will be granted under our terms and conditions after we receive the item/s back within 21 days from the date that you have received and tried the product. After the 21 days has expired we will not guarantee a full or partial refund.
Empty products are NOT considered for a refund or exchange, the product must be over 1/2 full to receive a refund.
Exchanges: To exchange a item that might be damaged, please return the item to the approved address below.
Exchange for Another Product: To exchange for another item of same face value, please send a letter or email stating which product you will swap for, if the exchanged item is considered at a lower value, we will refund the remaining value.

Please add a statement why the product/s did not work out for you, along with your order number and first and last name, we need this information to properly verify your return or exchange, this information also helps us to complete your exchange or refund in a timely manner.
All items that are returned will go through a mandatory 5 business day check in process. After we have decided to grant the refund or exchange we will issue you the credit back to your original payment method used to make your purchase. We CANNOT refund another form of payment or give you cash back nor money order this is not permitted. Please allow your credit card 5-7 business days to show your refund. If your refund does not show up within the allowed time frame, then contact us.
